How your details are handled.

Information collected

When you send a studio enquiry, Defined Digital may collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, website or social link, budget, timeline and project message.

When you register interest in Digital Builder early access, Defined Digital collects your email address. First name and role are optional. Your consent confirmation is also recorded.

How it is used

Studio enquiry details are used to reply to your enquiry, understand your website project and provide project updates if you choose to work with Defined Digital.

Digital Builder early access details are used to send occasional product updates and testing invitations related to Digital Builder. This is separate from studio website enquiries. Your stated consent at registration is the basis for these emails.

Withdrawing consent and unsubscribing

You can withdraw consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in Digital Builder emails, or by emailing hello@defineddigital.co.uk. Marketing emails will stop after you opt out. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent future contact after opt-out.

Retention and review

Early-access registration records are reviewed at least every 12 months. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Studio enquiry details are retained only as long as reasonably needed to manage your project or respond to follow-up questions.

Form and payment services

Studio enquiries and Digital Builder early access registrations are handled through separate Formspree forms. Formspree processes registration data on behalf of Defined Digital. PayPal may be used if you choose to send a project deposit. These services process information according to their own privacy policies.

Marketing and tracking

The site uses Google tag for advertising measurement, including tracking visits to thank-you pages after an enquiry or Digital Builder registration. Product events may include Digital Builder call-to-action clicks and successful Digital Builder registrations. This helps measure whether ads and product pages are working.

Data sharing

Your enquiry and registration details are not sold. Information is only used to manage your enquiry or Digital Builder interest, provide the service, operate the website and use the tools needed to process forms, payments and ad measurement.
